It is fruity with sweetness, acidity and freshness, including the mouthfeel. The finish is easy to drink. Mr. Shinzawa sings about food wine, but this one is too fruity to be an aperitif. It would be delicious with a cured ham with fruit. This restaurant doesn't have it, though (laughs).

In the end, it overlaps with many things, so I am not sure. At any rate, salted squid and sukonoko cheese go well together.
