Junmai Daiginjo Nama-genshu Fukunohana Light Nigori
First, chill it. It has sweetness and acidity.
The taste is sweet and acidic, with a pleasantly strong alkalinity at the end.
Because it is a daiginjo, the haze is clear and pleasant.
Next, I warmed it up. The sweetness, acidity, and umami of the rice, or graininess, are intensified and come into the mouth at once with a pleasant impact, again delicious.
It's not as sharp as cold sake, but it's good in its own way.
But it's delicious in its own way.
