As soon as the bottle is opened, the aroma reminds one of a dry wine.
It is easy to drink, although there is a slight nasal sensation. Homemade sour pickled plums go perfectly with the dry taste.
What's this feeling?
It's gorgeousness!
I feel like it's been a while since I had a sake that I thought was gorgeous.

Dry. The first sip, when you take it slowly in your mouth, you can feel that it is dry. The aroma is good.
As you get used to it, it becomes mellow and tasty.
The sake rice is Yuiika. It has a sweet but not overly sweet and refreshing taste. After all this time, I feel it is fun to taste the difference in rice.
