The second Niigata souvenir! I opened Yahiko Aikoku. A liquor store near the torii gate of Yahiko Shrine recommended it to me because "everything is made in Yahiko. When I drank it, it tasted so gorgeous! The sweetness spread in my mouth and it was delicious😍. I would buy this sake again when I go back to Yahiko 🍶.

I've been wanting to try the Junmai Daiginjo that I've known about "Takachiyo" for a long time〜〜〜〜 and I was able to buy it when I was in Niigata the other day‼️😭. It's really really delicious❗️It has a pineapple-like sweetness as pineapple gold as it is, and I didn't know this, but the fizzy and shwashy feeling is really delicious❗️You don't need any more entree, you can really enjoy it just with sake. I'm really glad I came across this sake 😭🍶.

The first in Niigata! After YOASOBI's live and sightseeing in Niigata, I decided to drink this one-cup at the hotel. I'm jealous of Niigata because I can buy a one-cup of Hokusetsu at a convenience store 😂.

I haven't taken it yet, but... I saw the label at the supermarket and it made me want to drink it. I'm sure it's a delicious sake, so I'll look forward to it on my next vacation. I hope this will help support the Noto Peninsula in some small way. ☺️

I had a bottle of "Nozomo-Splash-Junmai Daiginjo-Kumi-Nama-Nihanju" from Sotaike Shuzo Brewery, which was given to me by a friend. I had no idea about it, but it was a nice sake. ❤️ It was not a sake in the good sense of the word. It was not spicy at all, but had an indescribable fruity sweetness and carbonation, just as the name "splash" implies! It was like a sparkling wine or a very fine cocktail! Thank you for a great drink!
