I haven't taken it yet, but...
I saw the label at the supermarket and it made me want to drink it.
I'm sure it's a delicious sake, so I'll look forward to it on my next vacation.
I hope this will help support the Noto Peninsula in some small way. ☺️

I had a bottle of "Nozomo-Splash-Junmai Daiginjo-Kumi-Nama-Nihanju" from Sotaike Shuzo Brewery, which was given to me by a friend.
I had no idea about it, but it was a nice sake. ❤️
It was not a sake in the good sense of the word.
It was not spicy at all, but had an indescribable fruity sweetness and carbonation, just as the name "splash" implies! It was like a sparkling wine or a very fine cocktail!
