It tends to be a bit cloying, but the yuzu makes the doburoku a refreshing drink.
It was good to drink this alone, chibi chibi.
I think I prefer it when the taste has rounded out after a while rather than after the bottle has been opened. 😋
A Chiba sake brewery I've recently become addicted to. This is the second bottle of Kangiku.
Melon-like aroma, fresh carbonation and juicy flavor.
The acidity gives it a crisp aftertaste.
It was one of the best I could imagine. It was delicious 🤗.
