I got and tasted the seasonal version of the long-time drinker, Shimehari Tsuru.
It's a light, delicious flavor that goes well with midsummer.
It has a rich, mellow flavor, but also has a freshness that does not linger. I wanted to enjoy it in the winter while having a hot pot. It's the middle of summer now😅.
When I went back home, my father-in-law went out of his way to prepare a bottle of local sake from his hometown for me 😊.
I was so happy with the taste of the sake and the feeling that it made me so happy that I just had to have it 🍶.
