Local Gunma Prefecture Local Sake found at a sake shop: Higen Junmai Ginjo Raw Sake This is what is often referred to as the fermented taste of yogurt. At the first sip, I was surprised by the sweet, round taste that I hadn't imagined from my own image of Gunma, and the fermented smell of dairy products felt light. It was good that I did not match it with gyoza of the dinner. The tanshio of the first hormone which was grilled by the seven rings was delicious. Thank you for the meal. ★★☆☆☆☆

This is one of those bottles that you can find at your favorite liquor store but I couldn't get my hands on it. Haginishiki Junmai "The kanji label is "Don! But I like it, so I put it off because of the label. As the label on the back says, we are grateful to the next generation of toji (brewers) who research and create delicious sake through trial and error. Nose: Not particularly flamboyant. It is smooth on the palate, with a slightly strong sense of sake. There is not much mellowness and it leaves you feeling refreshed. It was recommended to be served with autumn meals. Salmon chan chan yaki, oyster season is coming again... When it gets chilly, sake is the best. Summer is good, spring is great, and it's always great. Thank you for the food. ★★☆☆☆

Terribly clear and round mouthfeel. The label says "superb roundness and depth", and you can't help but be convinced. It starts off cold and then loosens up a bit and the mellow aroma blossoms in a short period of time, which is really wonderful. You don't need to eat anything! Hanagaki Junmai 60% Yamahai Unfiltered Nama Genshu Unlike the 4th batch we drank the other day. It's a little more robust, but with Hanagaki's characteristic outstanding mouthfeel, it's easy to drink. It's different from the Junmai. I could feel the change in taste and the flavor over time. Huh, great. As the record of all sake lovers shows. "Deretsun" (sweetness -> richness) one. It has a smooth roundness in the mouth with a 50% rice polishing ratio. It's like a song from the Showa era, with a richly colored sake chorus and A melody. You can drink it with the sweet and spicy chicken wings of Furaibo. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do. Hanagaki Junmai Vol.1 Koshinoshizuku100 2021.03 Part 1 Koshinozuku Part 2 Kutouryuu Part 3 Yamadanishiki The 4th Kame no o Both of them are 60% polish ratio, and the brand name is changed. You can feel the originality and ingenuity of the brewer. The three kinds we drank were all good! I could feel it. Personally, I prefer Kame-no-o because I drink it as a food sake, but it is as gorgeous as Kutouryuu! You can feel the slight foam on the tip of the tongue and the strength of the 18 degree alcohol. It's also freshly pressed in March, so there's plenty to enjoy after opening the bottle. It went well with the chicken mushroom nabe! This is a great wine to drink with firefly squid. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Feels like rice! Thank you for the meal. ★★★★☆☆

Hanagaki Junmai 60 Unfiltered Raw Sake The 4th Kame no o 100% With Baigai that we ordered from Pokemaru. Compare with Hanagaki of Kutouryuu 100% of the second bullet. Unlike the flamboyant second bullet, this is a super-balanced type impression of the good point. While it has the freshness of nama-shu, it is a food sake that goes well with all kinds of foods, including living things and oil. The fact that it doesn't linger on the palate any longer than necessary also gives a good impression! It is a sake that can study, play sports, and has a personality... I envy you. Banjo Super Dry Ginjo Alcohol 20-21 degrees 100% Miyamanishiki Sake degree +22 I was attracted by the label and bought it. It is served with chicken wings, grilled pork, and stuffed intestines from Ajisen in Nagoya. You can smell the alcohol in the nose before you taste it. The feeling of leaving the nose quickly is fresh. It matches with the label "Tsukiyowagi". It's good to compare the taste with nama-shu. You can enjoy it on a date with someone who likes sake. Perhaps because I live in Nagoya, many liquors from the three Tokai prefectures are lined up at the liquor store. I bought a half-price fried chicken as a side dish. Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture: 100% Asahi no Yume Junmai Ginjo Gishiro Sakura Ayu Label At the beginning of drinking, it is moist and gentle with a sweet taste in the mouth. In the aftertaste, it stimulates the throat firmly. You can feel the slow and rapid changes in the taste. I didn't need the fried chicken. The sake alone is enough. I want to enjoy more sake from nearby prefectures that I don't know yet. Let's enjoy it before the transfer notice. I want to go to many places on business after Corona. The dish to go with the aqua pazza is Junmai Daiginjo from Sudo Honke in Ibaraki, the oldest sake brewery in Japan Gono Hibiki Junmai Daiginjo 2020.08.07 100% compatible rice from Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture With clams and white meat fish with a hint of garlic flavor. The sweetness of the rice, the roundness of the mouth, the aroma is high but passes quickly. I feel happy to be able to drink it at home and feel that it tastes so good. It was a treat. I'm looking forward to pairing it with other dishes as well. ★★★★☆☆

My wife told me she was going to make spring rolls on her way home from work. I found a super dry unfiltered sake that goes well with oily food. While it has the softness of raw sake on the tongue. But it packs a punch worthy of being super dry! There is no aftertaste either! It's so good, I'll be repeating it! This Yamahai Junmai is made with care and attention to detail. Western-style spring rolls with ham, cheese, and shiso leaves, dipped in mayonnaise and lots of black pepper, and drunk like a junkie! Thank you for the food. ★★★★★☆
