Local Sake found at a sake shop: Higen Junmai Ginjo Raw Sake
This is what is often referred to as the fermented taste of yogurt.
At the first sip, I was surprised by the sweet, round taste that I hadn't imagined from my own image of Gunma, and the fermented smell of dairy products felt light.
It was good that I did not match it with gyoza of the dinner.
The tanshio of the first hormone which was grilled by the seven rings was delicious.
