This is one of those bottles that you can find at your favorite liquor store but I couldn't get my hands on it. Haginishiki Junmai "The kanji label is "Don! But I like it, so I put it off because of the label. As the label on the back says, we are grateful to the next generation of toji (brewers) who research and create delicious sake through trial and error. Nose: Not particularly flamboyant. It is smooth on the palate, with a slightly strong sense of sake. There is not much mellowness and it leaves you feeling refreshed. It was recommended to be served with autumn meals. Salmon chan chan yaki, oyster season is coming again... When it gets chilly, sake is the best. Summer is good, spring is great, and it's always great. Thank you for the food. ★★☆☆☆
