Intestines, not at all! Sorry for my lack of taste. A gorgeous sake for an aperitif to toast. A fresh taste like a green apple Slight carbonation that bubbles up tantalizingly on the tip of the tongue The second Junmai-shu made with four different types of sake rice, 100% Kutouryuu The approach is interesting, the buzz is good, and the taste is good. It is gorgeous even in a wine glass and goes well with Japanese food. Also recommended for important occasions. Thank you for your hard work this week. Drinking sake on a Friday night is the best. Thanks to my wife, who complains but allows the sake. A bottle that makes me want to say cheers! Thank you for the food. ★★★★☆☆
