My wife told me she was going to make spring rolls on her way home from work. I found a super dry unfiltered sake that goes well with oily food. While it has the softness of raw sake on the tongue. But it packs a punch worthy of being super dry! There is no aftertaste either! It's so good, I'll be repeating it! This Yamahai Junmai is made with care and attention to detail. Western-style spring rolls with ham, cheese, and shiso leaves, dipped in mayonnaise and lots of black pepper, and drunk like a junkie! Thank you for the food. ★★★★★☆
