Tonight I'm drinking my favorite sake, Toichi's wine barrel sake. I drink it every year, but it has a unique aroma, probably due to the wine barrels. The grilled chicken is delicious, and the aroma of the kabosu pepper made by one of the regulars is delicious, and all I can feel is happiness.
