I bought this sake when I tasted it at the Ponshu-kan at Nagaoka Station. I chose it because I liked the balance of sweetness and aroma, and there was no mistake.
The second day's sake was Aradama.
This is a water that can get you drunk. It is not glamorous, but it clears your throat and makes you feel like you can drink any kind of sake... I sipped it while eating Gosetsubi and it was gone in no time.
This is the first time I've tasted the sake I received. I feel a little peculiar. The aroma through the nose is nice. I wonder if this is one of the light sake.
Happy New Year! I have combined some sake that I bought and some that I received. First of all, I drank Yobitomo to welcome the New Year. It's Kubota, so it's light and easy to drink. What should I drink next?
I chose Hakkaisan because it was a rarely seen Hakkaisan.
I got the impression that it was well-balanced and drinkable like water.
It is stable, isn't it?
My favorite drink of the day.
I didn't write it down because it was yesterday... I want to punch myself for being so clumsy that I can only remember how easy it was to drink.
This was also my first drink, and I only remember that it was easy to drink.
I was so engrossed in eating that I probably didn't check the alcohol much.
We revisited our previous visit to Umeyoshi's in Nagaoka.
The food is good and they have a nice selection of sake, so I wish they were closer.
This was my first time to try Honmasa, and it was easy to drink but delicate.
So what are you drinking today? That's what I'm talking about.
Tonight I'm drinking my favorite sake, Toichi's wine barrel sake. I drink it every year, but it has a unique aroma, probably due to the wine barrels. The grilled chicken is delicious, and the aroma of the kabosu pepper made by one of the regulars is delicious, and all I can feel is happiness.
