The aroma is light and a little weak, and the balance of sourness and sweetness is to my liking.
I have moved to Kawasaki as my nearest station due to a job transfer, but I found a good restaurant and now have something to look forward to on the weekends.
I'd like to try a variety of brands I've never had before with a trial 5 shaku. I can't take pictures of the labels because the store doesn't allow it, but I'm not sure if it's high in alcohol content or not. I thought it was only a little spicy, but it's nice to have a good pure rice sake. I wonder what I will try next.
It is the same Aizan, but very different and interesting, with an aromatic and melon-like flavor. The sweetness and umami are kept to a minimum, and it is easy to drink. Some people may say "No, no, no, it's not like that!
I drink every week, but it's been a while since I had a good drink, so I haven't posted anything. Aroma, sweetness, umami are good and thick? I don't have enough vocabulary...anyway, it's a nice heavy sake. It looks like tonight will be my favorite Aizan samadhi, so I may post again!
It has a good balance of sweetness and aroma. The Kido I drank earlier has a nice astringency or firmness to it, but I think this is more refined. But maybe it's just a matter of taste... I wanted to drink more, but the next sake was waiting for me.
I bought this sake when I tasted it at the Ponshu-kan at Nagaoka Station. I chose it because I liked the balance of sweetness and aroma, and there was no mistake.
