The second drink at Tokishinazu This sake was named after the slam dunk Mitsui Kotobuki. Mitsui no Kotobuki +14, very dry Mitsui no Kotobuki Super refreshing and smooth It pours into the body 😋. Slam dunk and Mitsui no Kotobuki They've become famous by leaning on each other! A great tag team for basketball and sake lovers 😊. And it was delicious! And my son's number in the 🏀 club is 14. I just squeezed it in December. Tenshin Nigori Sake We had it 😊. The first glass was from the top clear. Sweet mouthfeel, mellow and refreshing The second cup was a mixture of the two and nigorigo. It's very thick and thick. I thought it would be sweet, but it's quite dry. I've never had such a thick nigorizake before. I think it's the first time. This is my first nigori sake of the year! I enjoyed it very much! I'll be back soon 😋.

oldest surviving traditional style of sake making Takashimizu Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Moderate acidity and a hint of fluffy Rice? Yeast? A hint of yeast A hint of sweetness, but the dryness that comes afterwards is easy to drink. The dryness that comes afterwards makes it easy to drink. Best with salmon! 😄 I've heard of the old-fashioned way of making sake called "ikahashiroshi" (sake yeast yeast yeast). I guess that's what this tastes like... ☺️ Another one of my taste buds got wiser😊. I drank it cold without a second thought. I recommend hiya! I'll bring it back to room temperature and drink it! I'll try it at room temperature 😋.

It goes on dry with a lingering aftertaste 😋. I had it cold first! It is also good on the rocks due to its high alcohol content! Next, I'll have it cold 😌. Delicious... 😋 It reminded me of Kaku-uchi Isogane. While dry sake is fashionable and popular sweet sake tends to be avoided. I highly recommend you to try this one 😊. I have yet to know a sake that makes such good use of brewing alcohol. I have yet to know a sake that uses brewing alcohol as well as this one... You just have to go to the Shirobotan Sake Brewery opening 😄.
