This is the perfect sake for one word: "gentle". is the perfect word for this sake 😊. It's so refreshing. It has acidity but not as much as the Niimasa. A hint of sweet and sour muscat It goes well with croquettes. Pairing with oily food such as grilled squid with mayonnaise and a dash of spicy sauce Pairing with oily food 😋. Maybe it's because it's a little low in alcohol content. It is very easy to drink and goes down your throat It goes down your throat so easily 😊. It was gone 2/3 in no time 😅 The more you drink, the better it tastes 🍶. Great pairing with food 😄! I love it 😄.

My first Gobashi Risshun Asa Shibori. I was so excited to see what it would taste like. It's even better than I imagined! I'll be back 😋. I knew Tachiharu Asashibori would be delicious! I want to try other breweries' sake too... Fruity and not just slightly effervescent, but beautifully effervescent 😋. And yet it has a refreshing and light thirst! Half of it was gone in no time 😅 I put it in the fridge in a hurry😅 Thanks for another great morning squeeze 😊.

Warm up on a cold day 😋. It will blow away the cold! I used to boil it in hot water. But now I've found a new way to use my T-fal. I found a new way to use T-fal lol It only takes 5 minutes to get the temperature just right 😊. Pairing with yagen cartilage is also great!

I couldn't resist to try it once. What if it's not as good as I imagined? I was so happy with the quality of the wine and the service! I was so happy 😄. It was just quietly settling down for me. First, I got a little bit of the "ewabami". Then I mixed it and had it with nigori! 😋 No matter which way you drink it, it's still It's not too sweet and it's refreshing! Because of the low alcohol content It's very easy to drink and goes down fast 😋. The light nigori (light-bodied) is more mellow. ⤴︎ If I let my guard down, it was going to be empty soon. I was so fired up that I managed to stop with 1/3 of the bottle left! 😮‍💨 I had sausage and sashimi as my entrée. Both were paired well with each other!
