Compared to Miyamanishiki, it is slightly less sweet, but it is still nigori, the second sweetest after Miyamanishiki. Personally, I like the sweetness of Hanayo-yoku, so I love this one too!

I like it best in Shinsei, polished rice 90 Personally, I think it has a noble sweetness that ranks higher than Yo no Tori and Flax Cat.

It's intense, but not unpleasantly spicy. Rather, it's sweet. Maybe a little bit like Jyushiyo's Snow Goddess. This is amazingly delicious!

Hatsu Tanaka At first it's very clean and featureless, but what's this aftertaste...? Cow's milk...? I wonder if it's called yogurt in general. It is true that it is not the taste of 65% polished rice.

Ryuki (Gunma) I heard Melissa means bee. It is quite sharp. I think this is good at room temperature. It's better with snacks. I think I'll try some of the other red labels.

You can get so much flavor out of 60% polished rice... amazing! Hatsugen Masamune is beautiful but has a solid taste and a good impression! I think it is better to chill it well. It is too cheap for 1000 yen
