Blended sake with Tengumai
Sakurada Sake Brewery was completely destroyed by the Noto earthquake on January 1, 2011.
This sake is a blend of Hatsuzakura and Tengumai, which miraculously survived.
It was delicious!
I hope next time I can drink Hatsuzakura that is not a blend!

12% alcohol by volume
I was intrigued by the fact that this sake was made by Nagoya University, so I bought it.
It has a strong acidity and sweetness, and I have a feeling that it will become a delicious sake if it is further polished♪
This is also recommended by the liquor store.
It has 13% alcohol by volume, sourness and sweetness, and you can easily drink it!
Delicious!
Recommended for people who don't usually drink sake...and of course, for regular drinkers!
