Manufactured March 2025 This year it seems to be slightly thicker. It is a well-balanced, easy-to-drink sake with a fresh, softly spread sweetness and a moderately light bitterness in the aftertaste. I enjoy this sake every year.

Manufactured March 2025 I was concerned about the somewhat stiffness when the temperature was too low, but it seemed to open up as the temperature increased. It was more refreshing than I expected. It is a bottle that goes well with Japanese food.
