This sake is made in response to the wife's request.
It has a tangy, unpasteurized taste and a sharpness that comes before the fullness.
The sharpness comes forward more than the richness.
When I lived in Ibaraki Prefecture, I drank this sake on a ferry at a nearby Fuchu Honor.
The sweetness and deliciousness increases with time.
It's a good sake🙆
