I feel a sense of schwash. Certainly a good aperitif for a Western course, like a sparkling wine.
I didn't really notice much aroma, maybe because I have a bit of a cold...
It is only super spicy +12. It is so spicy that it leaves a tingling sensation on the tongue for a while. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the delicious taste.
It is said to be a blend of four different types of sake: Yamadanishiki, Hachitanishiki, Gohyakumangoku, and Omachi. The taste is strong, but quite spicy.
