This sake is made from Yamagata Prefecture's best sake rice of the year, "Yuki-No-Majin", by the brewery with the best production of the year. (Taken directly from the Sake Museum menu.)
It was indeed delicious, but I wanted something to go with it...(Sensibly, the two bottles from Aizuwakamatsu the next day tasted better...)
