I took the picture after I already drank it, so it doesn't look good! LOL! I thought it had a very clear taste and was very easy to drink, even for those who do not like sake! When I realized it, a bottle was gone! LOL!

I wandered over to IMADEYA and found a gold beetle! I immediately bought a bottle since there was a limit of one per person! This year I was able to drink both the beetle and the stag beetle, so I would like to compare the tastes! I was so excited!

It was very easy to drink with a good balance of acidity and umami and a refreshing aftertaste! I had had Honmaru before, but I had never seen Jyushidai before, so it was fresh and very good!
