I like Fukumitsuya's sweet sake and cosmetics, but this may be a surprisingly first time for me to try their sake. It has a sweet aroma like Shaoxing sake, but it tastes dry and has a clean aftertaste! It tastes like Yamahai, but it is not too peculiar, so it seems to go well with a variety of meals.

I wanted to compare and drink the Wind Forest again. When well chilled, I didn't notice much aroma, but when the temperature was higher, the aroma became a little banana-like. The sweetness comes first, but you can feel the strength in the back. It went well with cheese.

I came across it unexpectedly at Kakutasu. I avoid junmai daiginjos because they are too fruity for me, but I like Haneya because it is fruity yet refreshing! The aroma is similar to green apple and there is a slight gassy feeling. It is elegant and delicious!

Never would have guessed it was sold at my local supermarket! The slight carbonation is refreshing. I would like to enjoy the change in taste from tomorrow onwards.

Day 2. I can still feel a slight carbonation on my tongue. Taste has become more mellow.

Day 3. More weakly carbonated. The taste is sweeter and tighter with a tangy spice. Finished drink.

Another nigori. No alcohol, no sweetness, and just the right amount of thickening. The picture of a snowman is cute.

I have recently become addicted to nigori sake. I think it goes well with rich dishes. I like it with strawberry daifuku and spaghetti with oyster cream. This is the first time I've had nigori sake from Mitayoe, but I think it is my favorite because it is well-balanced. It has a strong taste of sakekasu and seems to be good for beauty and health.

I had been aging it at home. It has been less than 3 years and I couldn't wait to open it. I had been looking forward to putting it away for a long time, but I was also worried about it, so I was relieved to find that it tasted just as good as the three-year aged one I received at the store. It is sweet and mellow. It also has a flavor similar to that of Shaoxing wine. I will wait at least another 2 years for another bottle.

I want to drink it regularly. It is thick, and is the essence of nigori (nigori sake). I enjoy it with a squeeze of lemon. I also like it mixed with soy milk.

The last one was a kijoshu. Contrary to my expectations, it was fresh and refreshing, with a mild sweetness. It has been a while since I had a variety of sake at a restaurant.

It has a gorgeous aroma, but it's not cloying, just smooth and delicious! It is not easy to find in Tokyo, but when I looked in an antenna store in Toyama, there was only one bottle left. I got it immediately!

The first hiyaoroshi of the season. It has a firm taste with a hint of acidity. I enjoyed it cold, but next time I would like to drink it lukewarm and pair it with autumnal delicacies.

A friend of mine recommended it to me and I bought it. It's sweet and sour! You don't feel the alcohol and it is dangerous. It went well with sauerkraut. It also seems to go well with spicy meat dishes.

Nice to meet you, mariko! Thank you for the Kagawa sake 😌. It goes well with spicy curry and bean curd 😊.

I hear that it is difficult to obtain Katsuma. Thankfully, my relatives in Toyama sometimes send it to me. Usually it is junmai ginjo, but this time it is daiginjo. I feel that junmai ginjo has a strong alcohol taste and weak umami... This Daiginjo is good! The aroma is not too strong and I like it dry. I will enjoy it carefully again.

It tastes rich and thick. Dark in color too! It has a strong sweetness, but also a pungent taste in the back. It is labeled "fruity," but I didn't feel much of it. It is better suited for a mealtime drink.

It is said to be a product for export to the United States. It has a nice aroma of koji. The mild sweetness and sourness are delicious. The alcohol content is low and easy to drink. I would recommend it to those who are not good at sake. Sparkling is good on a hot day. I am likely to empty it.

I don't often drink Junmai Daiginjo. But I was attracted by the taste of Yamahai, so I tried it. It has a sweet and beautiful taste with a little sourness that is typical of Yamahai. I was a little worried because my sake consumption had increased over the past year, but I passed my physical exam without incident! My stomach was certified 100 points. I would like to keep up this pace and enjoy sake.
