a2u2s1n1k3 This is a project in Hachioji and uses rice grown in Hachioji. When you put it in your mouth and roll it around on your tongue, you can feel the sweetness of the rice. It is a pity that the smell that permeates the nose is a traditional "sake smell" that is not typical of a ginjo.

a1u2s1n1k3 It's fizzy enough that the lid hits the ceiling when opened at room temperature. I can guzzle it with or without food. It's very similar to Sumiyama, also from Saga, but I prefer Sumiyama.
