This is a project in Hachioji and uses rice grown in Hachioji.
When you put it in your mouth and roll it around on your tongue, you can feel the sweetness of the rice.
It is a pity that the smell that permeates the nose is a traditional "sake smell" that is not typical of a ginjo.

It's very similar to Sumiyama, also from Saga, but I prefer Sumiyama.
