The mouthfeel is moderately sweet, but also has a good sharpness. I like the moderate bitterness. It has acidity, though it's weak for me, who likes acidity. Four days after opening the bottle When the lid is opened, you can hear the sound of the gas escaping. You can drink it by this sound. The taste is as good as freshly opened with a bitter taste in the sweetness. It is a taste that you can drink forever. When my wife likes good sake, I say to her, "Is this sake sake? Is this sake? It's like something between sake and wine, but with a freshness and fruity flavor that cannot be described simply as sake! Shinshu Kamerei is all 9 points!
