I went to Nagano Prefecture on business. I went looking for a sake store there and found this sake store.
I compared three kinds of sake and they were all delicious. It was a great two days for sake lovers. Thank you very much for the owner.
The aroma is apple-like, as is typical of summer sake, and the first sip is refreshing. There is a slight bitterness and rice flavor. The bitterness is a little strong, but it is easy to drink.
The sake had a fruity aroma with a slight bitterness, but in the mouth you could taste both sourness and sweetness.
It was limited so it was worth ordering and drinking.
It is a clear, dry sake. It is moderately easy to drink and has a slightly higher alcohol content.
When served on the rocks, it mellows out and is easy to drink.
A real dry sake.
