This is a freshly brewed sake from Yamatokura Shuzo, famous for "Matsushima of snow".
You may think that the taste is spicy, but the sweetness spreads.
The wrapping is bright and suitable for summer!
A light, bubbly sake.
At first it is like a soda, but at the end there is a slight sake feeling.
The slight carbonation makes it easy to drink, and the alcohol content is only 9%, so it is recommended for those who are not strong drinkers!

An excellent product from a gift from a friend.
This sake has a crisp acidic taste with a slight foam at first, but by the time it goes down your throat, you can taste the sweetness😊.
It is said to be a sake for sipping, but it was so good that I could drink it all by itself lol.
A friend of mine gave me this sake from Saga Prefecture, which is not widely distributed.
It's crisp, but not overpowering, with a slight sweetness that makes it easy to drink😊.
It's been a while since I've had nigorizake, but it's easy to drink, with a thick nigori taste but not too much aftertaste😊.
🎆 Like the fireworks on the label, I would love to drink this in the summer!
I bought a set of three bottles of Hourai, the first one is an Indonesian
The first bottle is Junmai Ginjo🌾
It is elegant, fragrant and has a very good taste!
We have high expectations for the remaining two bottles😍.
One cup of Mizutaka.
Contrary to the cute illustration of Kumamon, you can taste the strong and thick feeling of sake.
It is not the image that "Kumamon is actually fierce"...right?
One cup of Dewazakura.
At first, the taste is good, but in the latter half, the taste becomes thick and full of sake feeling.
The glorious glory of Dewazakura is written on the back of the lid, and it makes me want to visit the Dewazakura Museum someday!
One cup of Banzairaku.
It didn't smell like alcohol and we drank it all in no time.
It's long and thin, so I felt it was a bit of a bargain, but I guess the capacity is the same (lol).
It is a one-cup of Hakuryu.
It's easy to drink, but you can feel Niigata's local sake in the spicy part afterwards.
I think I'll drink many cups on the Joetsu Shinkansen (lol).
The other day, at a liquor shop in Keio Department Store
"Sold out, then restocked.
I bought it because it was sold out
I bought it because I was carried away by the phrase "it is in stock again after being sold out" and "it complements white fish".
It was a stronger sake than I expected, but the aroma was wonderful😆.
I chilled it really hard and it was gone in no time 😂.
It's a secret that I forgot to prepare white fish (ugh)
