I bought this one-cup sake at Kenshima station.
The mellow aroma of sake after the rice has been boiled is a little unpleasant, but when paired with seafood snacks, it seemed to soften the taste.
I drank Handa Go after reading the comments from others.
It does have a yogurt-like mouthfeel, but afterwards it feels like water and is easy to drink.
It is not mellow and goes well with Yamachan's spicy food!
It seems to be a newly built sake brewery.
Limited edition of 30 bottles, number 30 was bought by someone first, and this is the last bottle.
It is a classic sake rather than a modern fruity sake.
I hope they do well from now on!
