I drink a lot of things outside, But recently, I've been drinking "Kaze no Mori" series at home, Finally, I have drunk the 7th bottle of "Kaze no Mori" series 😅. Polishing ratio 50%, 16% alcohol content It has a slight sweetness, Slightly sweet, elegant, easy to drink, and delicious 😋.

Kaze no Mori" is a raw sake with no filtration and no watering. Is it because they are particular about unfiltered, unpasteurized sake? Why does it have a mild impression even though it is made with ultra-hard water? Why is it so mild? This is the 6th bottle I've had at home, I'm on the same line with "Snow Kayasha" 😅.

I usually drink only junmai sake, but last night's dinner was oden😊. I had a bottle of Honjozo, Taiheiyo Issho, warmed to lukewarm, It was even better than I expected! It's a honjozo, but it has a mildness to it, Thanks to the best match with oden!

drinking at home (as opposed to going out) My wife's homemade wontons & pancakes I wasn't sure if it would go well with the dish. But it was perfect 👌! I'll upload it before I finish 4 bottles. ☺️ I like Furozumi from Takashima. but this series of Hagi no Dew matches a variety of dishes. It goes well with a variety of dishes and is highly recommended! I recommend it!
