It has a lightness in the mouth that makes you think it is light. But then you realize that it is heavy. The mellow aroma of rice passing through the nose is good. I was convinced that it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It comes in easily. While it is on the tongue, you can feel the sweetness. The aftertaste is as smooth as a dry one. Super delicious. It's extremely tasty.
Hatsuyukisou. Other brewed sake with grape juice. It is white wine-like, but the aftertaste is sake. It does not have the tongue-tingling feeling of white wine. Apple and pork fritters.
