The name "Maha-Magi-chan" is a comparison with "Fushigi-chan" which was released around the beginning of the year. The name "Mākyū-chan" comes from the "wonder" of the two sakes, which are made from the same Yamada Nishiki and brewed in the same way, but with only a 1% rice polishing ratio.
