I couldn't buy it last year because it was sold out. It was my revenge over a year ago. It's the most tender nigorizake I've ever had. The strong acidity in the mouth is refreshing. There is no sweetness, but a crisp sake taste at the end. It is a lactic acid drink for adults. It's a powerful sake that won't be defeated by kimchi nabe with strong flavors. It's delicious!

This is my favorite Hassen I've had this year. The aroma is strong, and the sweetness and acidity on the palate remind me of apples and muscat. It is juicy and fresh. Still, it's not too sweet because it's crisp and clean. I wonder if the brewing alcohol is working? The overall balance is excellent. I can recommend it to sake beginners as well as sake lovers. This is unstoppable...

I didn't know they sold "Saku" in my neighborhood. It is a juicy and fruity sake. As soon as you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste like lychee or muscat spreads. There is almost no sourness or bitterness. The aftertaste is long. It is a sake that even a sake beginner can recommend with confidence.

Toyoupai nigori(...)? I'll have to buy it lol. First of all, only the supernatant. It's very fresh and sour. It's like biting a group fruit. Next, I mix it well. The sourness has weakened and the mellowness has increased. The sweetness is less and the sake feeling comes out well. Regular Toyopai is easy to drink, but this one is very drinkable and has a strong sake feeling. It seems to go well with strong flavored food like nigori. This kind of change is also possible for Toyopai.

Holy sweet sake for adults! Delicious🎵! It's thick, tender, and full-bodied, but it's 21 degrees of alcohol, so it's got a great gusto to it. You can get drunk even with one can lol. It's good for nabe and yakitori with strong seasoning. It's the perfect sake for winter.

New sake (*^^)â The aroma is like pineapple and a little strong. When you put it in your mouth, the pineapple-like sweetness spreads in your mouth just like the aroma. There is no sweetness and the sake is smooth and easy to drink. There is no sourness, and even though it is new sake, it is juicy. After that, a bit of bitterness comes and it is sharp. The price is in the 1600 yen range and this level is great. My favorite Ryugasawa, no doubt about it 🎵.

The sourness spreads in the mouth, and the sourness goes away quickly. The sweetness is weak and the taste is fresh and crisp. It is an easy to drink sake that you can keep drinking.
