My favorite Ryugasawa. I was too happy to pay 1500 yen for a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo sake. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma of muscat. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet taste like biting a muscat. There is no sourness. After that, there is a bitterness and astringency that is typical of sake, and a slight tingling sensation remains. The aftertaste is long. Overall, it is sweet, but not too sweet. It has more of a sake character than the last time we drank it⁉️I think it's a good sake for before, during and after meals⁉️It goes well with foods that go well with white wine. It's the best sake for its cost performance.

I drank Gangi Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake before, and I was curious about this one too, so I bought it. It took me about 5 minutes to open the bottle. The foam is amazing. Even when I poured it into a glass, it was still bubbling. The color is white because it is nigori. The aroma is strong. It smells like the sweetness of rice. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel some sweetness at first, but it will disappear soon and the bitterness and astringency that is typical of sake will come and disappear quickly. It is a fresh and crisp sake. Since it is foamy, it can be served as an aperitif, and since it is not so sweet, it can be served as a mid-meal sake. Well, it was delicious. This is a sake I want to repeat. Naturally, the bottle is now empty.

It was written that it aims to be the ultimate sake for food, and that is certainly true. It makes a strong statement, but it is modest and does not interfere with the food. It's fresh and juicy, but with a solid sake feel. The Hakurakusei the other day was delicious, but this one was just as good.

I bought this at my local liquor store because I was curious about the pop. The guy at the store told me it might blow⁉️ but it was fine. The aroma is a faint alcohol smell. I didn't shake it for the first drink. The color is a little amber. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste of muscat comes and then the sour taste spreads to your mouth. After that, the taste of rice spreads and the aftertaste of alcohol remains at the end. It is a fresh and juicy sake. You can taste many different sensations just by taking a sip. It is a sake that can be enjoyed as both an aperitif and a midday drink. It's a rather powerful sake, so it can be used with strong flavors. Because it is an ori-garari sake, the second cup was poured after shaking it, so it became a cloudy white color. A challenge tank made out of homage to Shinsei⁉️. There's no reason not to buy it. After opening the bottle, there is not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the juicy sweetness like Muscat spreads in your mouth. And the pleasant sourness is refreshing. Overall, it is sweet, but not overpowering. It is easy to drink because it is only 12 degrees, and it is more like a white wine than a sake. I would recommend it to beginners. It's more of an aperitif than a midday drink. If it is an aperitif, it would go well with carpaccio or cured ham. It's a taste of Hassen that I've never had before. It's great to have a local brewery that makes such delicious sake.

Purchased at a local liquor store. I loved the label. That's what I call Tasshu! It has the best balance of sweetness, umami, sourness and bitterness. The juicy and sweet rice flavor spreads in your mouth. It's too delicious. It's a great sake that Aomori Prefecture is proud of🎵.

The sweetness is not that strong, but the flavor of sake and some bitterness remain. You can enjoy a variety of tastes and sensations with just one sip. The price is too good to pass up for a bottle of sake with these specifications. The sourness makes it a good aperitif, and the sake character makes it a good mid-meal drink. I drank the Orange Label, so I was curious to buy this one too. When I opened the bottle, it had a fruity aroma that was typical of Hassen. There is a slight sourness, but it soon disappears and the sake like taste of rice and a little bitterness comes. It has less sourness than normal Hassen because it has been over one summer. It seems to be more like sake than the orange label because of the rice polishing ratio. Well, it was delicious!

I found a sake I've wanted to try for a long time at a nearby liquor store. It said to be careful opening the bottle, but I was able to open it normally. The aroma smells a little sweet.
