First time I've had it, and it's pretty damn tasty! It tastes sweet when you first take a sip, but it quickly clears up. I wish I had a bottle of this at home!

Well, I've finished up the Mimuro Cedar, so here is Koshi-san to follow.
It has a nice sweetness and gasiness, and the acidity takes up the rest of the bottle. It was delicious. This is another sake that is easy to drink and not too much of a habit. Yes, it is.
I will enjoy it with water.
