Well, I've finished up the Mimuro Cedar, so here is Koshi-san to follow.
It has a nice sweetness and gasiness, and the acidity takes up the rest of the bottle. It was delicious. This is another sake that is easy to drink and not too much of a habit. Yes, it is.
I will enjoy it with water.
A little? It was out of season, but tasty enough! It was so good that it was gone in no time at all... I wish I had a bottle next time.
We enjoyed it with a snack of "karakumi" (dried mullet roe) and "saikyo-yaki" (grilled salmon).
