Daisetsuken in Nagano. It is a very famous sake in Nagano, but unfortunately you don't see it very often in Tokyo.
It is really delicious and reasonably priced, and I respect Taisukei for their efforts.
This time, my boss got some in Chiba and brought it to the company, which I gratefully enjoyed.
Fresh Alps, delicious!
Next time, I would like to go to Nagano and have some Hanamon Daisetsuei that doesn't spill outside.
