I drank it without shaking it first and found it to have a refreshing taste with banana and pineapple sensations. Very tasty!
When mixed with the lees, bitterness and astringency are added, but the depth of flavor is enhanced and it is also delicious!
I have found another good sake!
Today we had cheese béchamel hamburger steak, which went surprisingly well with it.
