I think the most popular one in our house is Sundo, we drink 2 bottles of it every month.

I'm a newbie to this instrument, but I couldn't buy it because of all the brewed alcohol ones I've come across.
I happened to find a junmai sake and bought it, and it was the right choice!
It's like a beginner's sake, but better! I'll buy another one with different rice next time I find it.

Sake that was recommended to me by a junior colleague because it was made in Niigata by the toji of Sharaku.
It is similar to Mimuro Sugi's Natsujun or Gohashi's Jyu, isn't it?
