It's amazingly tasty! Sweet but not too sweet and quick to kill. I can drink it in one gulp! Easy to drink with a refreshing tangy acidity! Much tastier than expected! I don't know if this is a good analogy, but from my experience, it was like a mix of Fukkai and Sanchi.

I was able to buy some local produce, so I consumed the produce in the back of the fridge. It's still good! It's been sitting for a month since I bought it, but I think it's sweeter and more fragrant and tastier. I wish I could buy Kako tomorrow!

I've never had a 14yo, so I can't compare. It might be a bit like Tasake? It's easy to drink, sweet, and has no peculiarities, so it's easy to pair with food. Easy to drink and delicious! I would like to repeat and try the other ones.

San-do is the best! I've tried many different kinds, but the only one I keep coming back to is San-Do. I thought I like sweet sake, but if it's too sweet, I get sick in the middle. I feel like I'm drinking sake when I feel alcohol! I feel like I'm drinking sake when I feel alcohol, but it makes me feel sick. This is the only sake I can drink as much or as little as I want. I guess I'll have to go with Fukkai at this point. Tomorrow will be my first csw and my first Shinsei, so I have high hopes!

Atago no Matsu (the pine of Atago) Tastes like a strawberry shake on the palate My wife drank half a glass for the first time. The bubbles hit her lips and the fluffy, melty mouthfeel emphasizes the sweetness of the sake. I'm not sure if this is really sake or not, but it's delicious!
