It looks like Nagano! Or rather, it is like Shinshu Kamerei!
When I drank Omachi 6 months ago, I didn't like it because I felt it had a strong alcohol taste.
I'm not sure if I'm used to drinking it or if it's easier to drink because it's Yamada Nishiki? I think so 🤔
I'd heard it was sour from the July lot, with the summer specs.
It's not so much sour as it is fresh!
I knew it!
It's like grapefruit, but more complex and tasty, plus this time it's fresh and amazing!
I think the most popular one in our house is Sundo, we drink 2 bottles of it every month.
I guess it's just a matter of taste, but I'd love to find a sake that surpasses Sundo!
Easy to drink and tasty!
I'm a newbie to this instrument, but I couldn't buy it because of all the brewed alcohol ones I've come across.
I happened to find a junmai sake and bought it, and it was the right choice!
It's like a beginner's sake, but better! I'll buy another one with different rice next time I find it.
It's the best chrysanthemum!
This is the best chrysanthemum!
The aroma is subdued and it doesn't taste like chrysanthemum, but the sweetness and flavor are great!
The sweetness and umami are the best! Is the future of sake good?
It's a little complex and not very clear, but I like it!
I want to buy a bottle next year 🤗.
Sweet and tasty!
It is similar to Shinshu Kamerei, but a little less punchy. It's easier to drink.
The aroma is also weaker.
This is my first Banshu Issen, but I'd like to try others.
Fukkai-like aroma
Fresh but out of grade rice? Bitter grapefruit with an assertive bitterness and other flavors.
It's cheap and tasty, but I'd like a little more sweetness.
It's a riot💦.
It would be delicious, but the balance is a mess and it's alcoholic.
I let it sit for half a day and it calmed down, so I guess I should give it a couple of days 🤔.
The aroma is very strong!
It's like eating a sour type of strawberry.
It's a bit like Tochiotome, isn't it?
It also has the chilliness of nama sake, which I like!
Sake that was recommended to me by a junior colleague because it was made in Niigata by the toji of Sharaku.
It is similar to Mimuro Sugi's Natsujun or Gohashi's Jyu, isn't it?
It's 16% alcohol and has a strong alcohol content.
It is sweet, tasty, refreshing and soft.
Is the softness due to the fact that it's a draft sake that has been aged on purpose? I was surprised to see the production date is December 23rd 😳.
Amazing!
Good morning, Maki!
I feel like the taste of each lot is slightly different, but I'm sure they are all stable and tasty!
I manage to buy one every month 😂.
This is my first ocean series and it's good.
The clarity and low alcohol content make it easy to drink.
The aroma of "kangiku" is moderate and not too much like sake.
I wonder if all ocean series are like this?
I'm going to buy Ginkai as a must!
Good evening, Nao!
OCEAN is delicious 😋.
Especially Hoshikai was my first Kangiku and it was really delicious and made me a big fan of this sake 🤗.
This year I had Kukai and it was delicious 😊.
Good evening, Maki 😳
Thank you for your comment.
I was happy to hear it was quite good!
I didn't go through with the Kukai 💦 I guess I can't buy it anymore as expected.
