Ama-uma-ai (sweet and delicious)! The aroma is typical of Mimuro, but it's light. The taste is heavy and heavy. The sweetness and umami are deep. It's like a thicker version of Hana-kyun, or a thicker version of Omachi's body. Tastes great on its own or with a meal.

It's delicious! It's ice-aged 2023, and it's sweet and delicious. At worst, it's juicy. It's the type of wine that can be enjoyed on its own, which I like. It's sweet and tasty, with a moderate aroma. I think I like the yeast 77 😊.

Yummmm! For the first time ever, my lid exploded and overflowed! I was so surprised at how vigorous it was! The sweetness, apple-like acidity, and the unique chirichiri-ness of nama-zake, which is different from sparkling sake, is also quite strong! It's my favorite stand-alone sake, so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer 😋.

It looks like Nagano! Or rather, it is like Shinshu Kamerei! When I drank Omachi 6 months ago, I didn't like it because I felt it had a strong alcohol taste. I'm not sure if I'm used to drinking it or if it's easier to drink because it's Yamada Nishiki? I think so 🤔

I'd heard it was sour from the July lot, with the summer specs. It's not so much sour as it is fresh! I knew it! It's like grapefruit, but more complex and tasty, plus this time it's fresh and amazing! I think the most popular one in our house is Sundo, we drink 2 bottles of it every month. I guess it's just a matter of taste, but I'd love to find a sake that surpasses Sundo!

Easy to drink and tasty! I'm a newbie to this instrument, but I couldn't buy it because of all the brewed alcohol ones I've come across. I happened to find a junmai sake and bought it, and it was the right choice! It's like a beginner's sake, but better! I'll buy another one with different rice next time I find it.

It's the best chrysanthemum! This is the best chrysanthemum! The aroma is subdued and it doesn't taste like chrysanthemum, but the sweetness and flavor are great! The sweetness and umami are the best! Is the future of sake good? It's a little complex and not very clear, but I like it! I want to buy a bottle next year 🤗.
