Sweet water! But it's not sticky, and it's refreshing! Also, it's a proper alcoholic beverage. It's often compared to spodum or fruit, but it's not. It's actually alcohol! And yet it's not too alcoholic and easy to drink! As expected from Fukkai, it is very good!

It's good! Clean, refreshing, simple taste! I compared it with Ubuchuna, but it's not as good as Ubuchuna. Ubuchuna has a more complex taste. It tastes more complex and I can feel the perversity of the toji (in a good way)! Kafuda sake is easy to drink, tasty and cheap no matter what you drink. Seems to like Kyushu sake or Niigata sake Shawase

This is also my first time drinking Kaze no Mori I bought it to compare it with Shinsei Lapis. Sweet aroma pineapple? It's so rich! Yum! And the taste is bad? Tangy taste? Bad taste? There's a weird flavor afterwards. It tastes great at first, but why? I hope it disappears after a few days. I didn't know if it was similar to Shinsei or not.

My first new policy, Lapis, which I won in a raffle. It smells so good, I've never smelled anything like it before! I don't know if this is a typical Shinsei aroma, Miyamanishiki, or wooden vat! Sweet and mellow aroma like a fruit. But not too sweet and refreshing on the palate. I've only had Sentori as a cider. I felt the same aroma in my mouth as I did with the cider, and I wondered if it was the same aroma of Sengkyo. I think it's delicious, but I don't like it.

It's amazingly tasty! Sweet but not too sweet and quick to kill. I can drink it in one gulp! Easy to drink with a refreshing tangy acidity! Much tastier than expected! I don't know if this is a good analogy, but from my experience, it was like a mix of Fukkai and Sanchi.

I've never had a 14yo, so I can't compare. It might be a bit like Tasake? It's easy to drink, sweet, and has no peculiarities, so it's easy to pair with food. Easy to drink and delicious! I would like to repeat and try the other ones.
