This is what Christmas Eve is all about. Sake with the color and ambience of a rosé champagne. It tastes light and acidic. Some people may not recognize it as sake if they drink it without knowing it is sake.

Half bottle of Kaze no Mori. The contents are said to be the same as "Akitsuho 507". The aroma is wonderfully fruity. When I drank it, it was drier than I expected. It has a gassy and acidic taste that is typical of Kaze no Mori. It is a unique sake that is not too cohesive in a good sense.
