I had an image of drinking it warm, but it is very tasty even cold.
It is the best sake for a meal.

A limited edition sake released in spring and fall.
It is released in mid-October and is recommended to be consumed by the end of October.
I reserved a bottle and was looking forward to it.
The taste is unmistakable.
It has a fresh and juicy taste with a good balance of sweetness and sharpness that is typical of Otters.
It certainly has a delicate quality to it, and I think it would be best to finish it quickly.
Sometimes we get twisted raw sake at restaurants, but I suspect that the brewer does not like them.
This is one of those bottles that you can't help but enjoy and hope to see again next year.

Receiving local sake on a business trip to Aichi Prefecture.
I am happy to drink local sake when I travel or go on business trips.
Today, I had Chochin, a representative sake of Aichi Prefecture, with oden, which is slowly simmered in red miso paste.
This combination is really the best!
Chochin, which is full of amino acids and has a strong flavor impression, and oden with red miso are the best pairing.
I can't stop!

I am sorry to give such a high quality sake to my brother who does not know what it tastes like.
When I drank it, I found it to be a very high quality sake with no hint of a tangy taste and a juicy flavor.
It is truly a work of art.
I tasted it carefully but emptied it soon.
A sake I would like to encounter again.

Of course, it is light and dry, but I feel the sweetness of the rice more than I had imagined.

Shichikenスパークリング 山ノ霞

Here is the last of the 47 prefectures.
I felt like I wanted to make this brand the last one from the last 10 prefectures or so, so I left it behind.
I opened it as an aperitif for my son's birthday party.
It tasted as expected, or even better than expected.
It has a light nigori (light reddish-brown) color, and while it has a strong sweetness and umami flavor, it ends up being very refreshing.
The alcohol content is low at 11%, but the sweetness and umami are very strong.
I drank it again on the second day, and it was delicious enough.
It is okay if you don't finish it in one day, so I hope you can buy it with confidence.
Highly recommended.
