Opened May 19, 2024 Purchased at Togatta Onsen Kimura Shoten Very nice color 🩷. Like cherry blossoms, like a rosé wine🌸🍷. A little sourness and a gorgeous koji aroma ^ ^. Very light and easy to drink! I think I'd like to drink it outside ☺️

Opened May 11, 2024 Purchased from Kumonoi Sake Shop Fukui, Yoshida Kinemon Shoten Purchased after tasting at a liquor store in Takefu during a trip to Fukui! She was an able-bodied proprietress. It seems to be a PB of the liquor store. It was a little sour, perhaps because it had been aged for a while. However, the sweetness of the rice is also strong ^ ^. The freshness is like a young pear 🍐. It's good as a food sake, but it's also good as an evening drink 🍶.

The taste oozes out after after after like dashi...☺️ It is a very gentle and soft sake, just like the spring water in the brewery and the brewers ^ ^. I went home with a bottle of sake.
