Opened October 30, 2024 Purchased at Seibu Department Store, Sake Sho Yamada Last time was Houraisen, followed by Hourai. Very refreshing ^ ^ Citrusy freshness 🍊 It has a nice sharpness, and the gentle sweetness and spiciness coexist in equal measure, which is a strange feeling ^ ^. It is spicier than I imagined. It is suitable for both evening and in-between-dinner drinks. ☺️

The sweetness of the rice and the slight sourness of the fermentation... At the end, a slight bitterness accents the taste! I can't get enough of it ^ ^ ^ It's pretty good 😋.

October 14, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery. Oh my god, it's to die for 😋😋😋. Did they say it was exhibited at a sake fair? It is a limited edition sake from the brewery "Sake Brewing Forest". Mellow, mellow, classy, elegant and silky sweet 😍. This should have been drunk at a more commemorative occasion w🍶. It's a winner 🏆.

Opened October 1, 2024 Purchased at the brewery Mega-umami❗️ A delicious sweet explosion 💥💥. This is addicting 🤣🤣 Fresh, juicy ^ ^ But it has a mild and gentle flavor 🌾🌾. I want to just drink this sake without eating any snacks ^ ^. I want to buy a few more bottles 🍶. It's the best 😍.

Opened September 29, 2024 a gift from a friend Souvenir from Sado Island Memories of the sake🚢 we drank on the Sado Kisen Mellow top! Soft acidity that comes quickly ^ ^. Overall milkiness 🍼. Reminds me of the gentle climate of Sado ^ ^. I think I'll go buy some igoneri: ☺️ It's sinking in besides the taste of the sake!

Opened on September 28, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Honjozo and mellow ^ ^. It has a traditional aroma, but also very soft and full of sweetness😊. It also has the fruity feel of a raw sake, for evening drinking, and I can stand to drink this one alone 😉.

It's so good! ❗️ It's a junmai daiginjo, that's all I can say, but it's mellow but not peculiar, well-balanced and honorable ^ ^.
