Brewed with rice from Yaehara, it was an unconditional purchase.
Rather spicy ^ ^something refreshing!
But it is quite full-bodied and has a great depth of flavor. ❗️
I knew it would be Saku-no-Hana. No doubt. ☺️

Mellow ❗️ uma🤣
Slightly citrus, kumquat-like in color. Good sweet and sour aroma fills the mouth ☺️
Taste is similar to the aroma, with a refreshing citrus-like acidity and a fruity sweetness🍊.
I bought it without being able to taste it, but it's so hit and miss 🎯.

What a deep sea water blend!
Very full rice taste, reminiscent of rice brine... very clear and gentle ^ ^.
Somewhat of a sea breeze scent w a hint of saltiness in sweet bean snacks, interesting sake 🍶.

It's so good 😋.
Top is gently fresh and sweet ^ ^.
Light! The finish is a refreshing bitterness like grapefruit 🍊

When we stayed at an inn in Komoro, we drank sake🍶 at dinner and it tasted so good that we bought it at the brewery the next day ^ ^.
It is very strong!
Impressive bitter aftertaste like cocoa or chocolate 🍫☕️
The top is sweet, raw, but very calm ^ ^.
It also has a milkiness, probably due to the high degree of alcohol content!
I love this kind of thing😍.

Limited Sake at the Sake Brewery
Clear and spicy!
Very raw, fresh and sharp ^ ^.
It has sweetness, but bitterness and acidity are also apparent. Despite this, it is somehow very easy to drink ^ ^.

Mmmm, it's dark!
Not much aroma, but a rich sweetness and a rather assertive acidity ^^^ strawberry-like 🍓 finish with a hint of bitterness ^^^.

Yeah, it's good ^ ^.
Clean sweetness like white grapes and loquat 🍇.
Sweetness is the main taste, but there is also sourness and a hint of bitterness ^ ^.
It also has a sharpness, so it can be used as a food sake ^ ^.
Ryozeki is still very safe 😆.

From the moment I poured it, it smelled so gorgeous ❗️ like a perfume 🌸
Perhaps because of the fragrance, the top flavor is also gorgeously sweet ^^^ like honey🍯.
I think I've never had such an aromatic sake before 😆.
This is amazing!
It has a sharpness at the end and I never get tired of drinking it in the evening ^ ^.
The water from this brewery is also the best in the world👍

Claims to be dry but has a firm top sweetness 😁.
A bit like candy ^ ^.
Since it's nigori, enjoy it separately as supernatant and cloudy ☺️
Nigori has a mellow complex flavor of sake lees, good depth ^ ^.
You should drink it after shaking it properly.

Traditional sake taste!
Perfect for when you're tired of the recent fruity stuff and want to go back to your roots ^ ^.
It's a draft sake, but looks good heated up! It might be good with sashimi as well as simmered dishes!
But at 800 yen, it's a very reasonable price!

Very refreshing ^ ^.
It is quite spicy and smoothly disappears down the back of the throat like silk.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but because of its refreshing taste, it can be used as a food sake as well. ❗️
It's also a good cosmetic sake at around 1700 yen 👍.
