Opened December 13, 2023 Purchased at the brewery Dark! Rich and quite oily. Smoky🔥. Like an Islay whiskey🥃. But in the end, however, the sweetness and gorgeousness of the rice comes alive and is twice as delicious in one 🌟. More of a dinner with snacks than a meal 🍶. Raw oysters would be nice 😊.

It is a junmai daiginjo, but I think it is more suitable as a food sake ^ ^. The lightness of the sake does not interfere with food. It is also good with strong flavored food.
