Wow, so much better than I expected ^ ^.
It has a complex and convergent taste 🍶.
The ensemble of sweet, spicy and acidic flavors are well matched 🤣.
I've had it in the past, but I don't remember it being this good.
Aromatic, slow and steady, it's a good sake. ❗️
