Opened February 16, 2025 Purchased at the Namba Takashimaya Department Store, not at an event. From the moment it was poured into the boar's mouth, bubbling ginjo aroma ^ ^. Very soft ☺️ moist and mellow sweetness 😊. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but it's a good idea! The lingering aftertaste after finishing the bottle is also gentle sweetness and also favorable 😁. This is good 😋!

It goes well with sashimi, sautéed fish, boiled vegetables, vinegared dishes, and everything else. The slightly citrusy aroma is also very nice ^ ^. A great sake 🍶!

Opened February 3, 2025 Purchased after tasting at Tateshina and Za Very good ‼️ Bought after tasting, but I don't remember it being this good. It was 😊. The slight bitterness accentuates the taste, but the gentle sweetness and body is not even Junmai. Bought it at a liquor store run by a contract farmer, also quite good 😁.

Opened January 28, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery's direct sales store Brewed with rice from Yaehara, it was an unconditional purchase. Rather spicy ^ ^something refreshing! But it is quite full-bodied and has a great depth of flavor. ❗️ I knew it would be Saku-no-Hana. No doubt. ☺️

Good sweet and sour aroma fills the mouth ☺️ Taste is similar to the aroma, with a refreshing citrus-like acidity and a fruity sweetness🍊. I bought it without being able to taste it, but it's so hit and miss 🎯.

Opened January 15, 2025 What I had them buy for me. The warehouse didn't sell it, so I asked them to buy it for me ^ ^. It's so good 😋. Top is gently fresh and sweet ^ ^. Light! The finish is a refreshing bitterness like grapefruit 🍊 It's a hard liquor to find, so I'll drink it with care: ❤️

Opened January 13, 2025 Purchased at the brewery When we stayed at an inn in Komoro, we drank sake🍶 at dinner and it tasted so good that we bought it at the brewery the next day ^ ^. It is very strong! Impressive bitter aftertaste like cocoa or chocolate 🍫☕️ The top is sweet, raw, but very calm ^ ^. It also has a milkiness, probably due to the high degree of alcohol content! I love this kind of thing😍.

Sweetness is the main taste, but there is also sourness and a hint of bitterness ^ ^. It also has a sharpness, so it can be used as a food sake ^ ^. Ryozeki is still very safe 😆.
