My nephew bought this 7,000 yen daiginjo on a business trip to Niigata.
It was a refreshing sake, with a hint of ginjo aroma that lingered on the palate, and went well with osechi.
Thanks to my nephew.
ZAKU Nouveau (new wine) The wine-like label is eye-catching. The slightly sweet taste and aromatic aroma spread to the palate, making for a happy time.
Daiginjo I received from Furusato. A dangerous sake with an amazingly smooth and light throat.
Pair it with sushi only at home, and it's paradise, paradise (laughs).
Mouth opening and feeling good. Refreshing, aromatic, light and smooth on the palate and down the throat. It was a great feeling to share a glass with an old friend.
