Pressed on the morning of Risshun, this is the first time I have had an auspicious sake with a blessing. Slightly carbonated, with a subtle fruity ginjo aroma, it has a refreshing taste. It is a wonderful sake that can be enjoyed as an in-between-dinner drink. It is going to be a good year ☺.

The koji rice is Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and the kake rice is Gohyakumangoku from Tochigi Prefecture. It is a wonderful combination.
