30 ml. 2,000 yen! 😇 This was a very rare drink. The taste is almost sweet, but it is sharp and doesn't leave any aftertaste. It seems that it is very difficult to make a wild variety of Omachi with a grain yield of 80% or more = special grade! Thanks to the tireless efforts of the farmers and winemakers. 🙇‍♂️

I am glad to hear that you are going on a business trip to Kochi, It has been about 20 years since I went to Kochi on a business trip, I used to go to a restaurant called "Umibouzu" in Otesuji every time. The dishes on plates and the Kue hot pot were delicious!
