Kikumori Sake Brewery: Raw Sake for Post Mortem Sashimi We drank this just before Obon, when it seems to be difficult to drink outside again due to the Manbo and other things. Daiginjo Kisoji Natsu Gin 2020 sake brewing year, brewing 29 It is a Daiginjo, but brewing alcohol was added. I was a little worried that it would be sweet, but it wasn't. It was rather firm and sweet, and easy to drink. It was served with 30 years old narezushi that we ordered.

Local sake of Minamikiso Kiso no Kakehashi soma "It was like yogurt when it was poured as it is said, "This doburoku-flavored sake is a thick taste of the old days. It is the type of nigorizake (doburoku?) that blows out if you don't cool it down properly before opening the bottle. The alcohol is 19 degrees. The alcohol is also 19 degrees. Please forgive me for the messy pictures from drinking at home. m(__)m We wanted to make a summer sake, so we made this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It's a 2020 BY, so the alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees. We thought it would be sweet because it's unfiltered, but it's been aged for a year, so it's a little heavier and has a good balance. The end of the rainy season is just around the corner. I'll consume it one by one 😉.
