Kikumori Sake Brewery: Raw Sake for Post Mortem Sashimi
We drank this just before Obon, when it seems to be difficult to drink outside again due to the Manbo and other things.
I've been reluctant to get my hands on it because of the strong impact of the label, but unlike its tough appearance, it's fruity with a decent amount of rice flavor, but it's also acidic and crisp.
It is a little sweet.
