At Wami-ya Nihonmatsu branch. The aroma was fruity, though not too much. It was a delicious sake with a sweetness and slight acidity that matched the aroma. The place where it was served was a new izakaya, so we are not sure when the bottle was opened, and the details of the brand name are also unclear.

I bought it at a souvenir shop with a sake shop where I could sample sake right after exiting the Shiozawa-Ishiuchi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. I had already had sake from the same brewery, so I bought another brand. It was one of the best tasting sake I tasted. Junmai Daiginjo" alone sounds delicious, but... The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness that reminds me of pears and the slight acidity, as well as the subtle gassiness that you feel on your tongue the moment you put it in your mouth, is unbearable. It is a little cloudy, so it is better to shake it well before drinking. At home.

It is a very limited edition product. It is a sake that has been aged in ice temperature since 2009. I brought it home from the restaurant on September 28 and drank it right after I got home. My impression was that it was just delicious and I don't remember much about the aroma... It had a complex and deep taste. At home.

As the label says "nigori kijoshu unfiltered raw sake". The taste is fresh, sweet and sour, and fermented. It tastes similar to makgeolli. However, the alcohol content is high and the taste is rich and delicious.
