Takachiyo's unadjusted Orikarami Blue label. This is my first sake.
After drinking pink and orange, this time I tried the blue label.
It is a delicious sake with an elegant sweetness that is very easy to drink.
The sweetness is reminiscent of pears. It has a slight acidity and a very slight bitterness.
The first glass I poured only the supernatant and drank it, and the second glass I mixed it thoroughly and drank it, but it tasted the same and had a refreshing aftertaste.
The second day, I had the impression that the sweetness had increased.
The Takachiyo series is interesting.
