I have tried several wine yeast brewed sake, but this is the first time I have had one from Nakagawa Shuzo. Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store for ¥1,757-.
Aroma like a white wine, with a moderate sweetness and a very slight bitterness.
On the second day, it was almost white wine.
I highly recommend wine lovers to try it.
